01. - CHAOTIC AETHER.
His aether is strange and unruly, not like a typical sineater, yet not entirely dissimilar. It weaves strangely to the eye, flickering between that of a sineater and a typical mortal for those with the capacity to perceive aether. Regardless of aethersight, no one can ignore those strange eyes of his....

The name "Mr Quicksilver" might sound familiar to you, especially amongst the folks who frequent the shader side of the market. He deals in all sorts of goods and oddities, offering his services to anyone who might require them. He can get anything done. Perhaps you've even dealt with him before?
03. - DOLLMAKER'S ASSOCIATE
He has....close ties to Altair the eccentric dollmaker of Mor Dohna, the connection between them, like many other things regarding Mercury, is a strange little thing shrouded in mystique to the vastly common folk. All that is known though, is that a visit from the palid viera puts him in a rather good mood. If you've been in contact with the Dreammaster you're sure to cross paths with him eventually.
